Helping people make the most of outdoor space was our objective when we set about creating TerraSmart® Composite.
This terrace was created to maximise otherwise wasted space and offers the homeowners a huge extension to their living space and a fantastic place to host friends and family, with incredible views out over Caswell Bay in the South of Wales.
The roof terrace was created quickly and efficiently, with lighting around the perimeter.
System Used
The TerraSmart® Composite system was used across each of the terraces, offering optimal strength and longevity with DS38 decking joist supporting boards.
Decking Used
Signature composite decking in the shade ‘Mahogany’ was used. It’s a neutral-coloured deck board which complements the stunning backdrop.
