Research found that a roof terrace or balcony adds 20% to the value of property in London.
For this new development on Westferry Road, 173 residential properties including townhouses and maisonettes are enhanced with their own private external terrace.
The design of the development pulls elements from the industrial past of the area, using light brick and metal detail across windows and balcony railing.
System Used
Our TerraSmart® Composite decking system was used across each of the terraces, offering optimal strength and longevity with DS38 decking joist supporting boards.
Decking used
Our TerraSmart® Composite in ‘Slate’ was used both on the surface and soffits of each elevated terrace space, effectively complementing the light brickwork.
